Today is Brooke’s birthday, here is his birthday cake.
Raspberry and Vanilla Sponge Cake
The recipe is from The Vanilla Bean Blog, which has some of the most beautiful cakes I’ve ever seen. Instead of rhubarb I used raspberries though, I only added them to a third of the icing, so as you go up, it goes from from raspberry to vanilla.
